We're "people people" first!

There's a stereotype of those in our profession, portraying technical professionals as techno-snobs, looking down their noses with barely concealed disdain at those not as "smart" as they consider themselves to be. You probably know the type; condescending, impatient and sometimes more than a little rude. Unfortunately there's truth behind the stereotype. Not at The ITeam.

Yes, we're a tech company. And yes, we're staffed by really bright, technically-oriented people. Yet as smart and tech-savvy as each member of our crew may be, each possess one skill more highly-prized at the ITeam than any other; people skills.

When we interview a candidate to be an ITeam employee, the first quality we look for is people skills. We won't put up with anyone with an "attitude". It doesn't matter how smart a tech may be (or think they are); if they can't communicate with a client in a positive, respectful and understanding manner, they're not ITeam material.
