EMDR International Association
Scott Blech, Executive Director of EMDR International Association, relates the issues faced by the association and the IT improvements brought about by The ITeam.
Background: When The ITeam first met with EMDR International Association, an Austin-based non-profit association of EMDR (a psychotherapy) practitioners, the organization faced numerous IT-related challenges. Chief among these was an aging technology base that had been patched together over time by a succession of IT service providers. The
IT foundation had eroded to the point where office personnel productivity had been effected due to recurring
network issues, under-performing
workstation systems and an unreliable
server. The situation clearly required a fresh approach.
The ITeam &
PULSE delivered that fresh approach by reconstructing a stable, reliable & scalable IT foundation, with a new correctly provisioned & configured server at it's core. New desktop & notebook workstations provided the stability and performance that EMDR International had been so sorely missing.
The result? A streamlined, productive & efficient infrastructure, delivering on the high-tech promises of
Information Technology done right. Just another day at The ITeam office.
