Background: The after working with several IT service providers over a number of years, Texas Academy of Family Physicians found themselves with a mixed bag of hardware & software. The result was incompatibility issues within the organization itself, and even greater issues dealing with the outside world. In addition, a myriad of nagging small problems had been left unresolved due to the nature of the cost-prohibitive, hourly-based IT services contract in place at that time. As a result, the IT infrastructure had become unstable and unreliable. A steady decline in productivity lead to The ITeam arriving on the scene.

After implementation of The ITeam's PULSE methodology, a solid IT foundation now supports a productive staff. The workplace is IT problem-free and the incompatibilities that had been an on-going problem are a thing of the past.
